Download the agent, run the installer as administrator, and enter your license key. That's it — your systems start reporting to BlueSky automatically, every hour.
Four simple steps. No Python, no technical knowledge needed.
Download AMCAgent.zip above. Right-click it → Extract All… and extract to an easy location such as your Desktop. Keep all the files together inside one folder — don't move them apart.
Open the extracted folder, right-click install_exe.bat and choose Run as administrator. (If Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen, click More info → Run anyway — this is normal for installers.)
When the installer asks, type the license key BlueSky gave you and a name for this computer (e.g. "Reception PC"). Reinstalling after a format? Use the same license key as before.
The agent installs to C:\ProgramData\AMCAgent and reports health automatically every hour in the background. A "Log Complaint – BlueSky" shortcut is added to the desktop. You can now delete the extracted folder.
Where does it install? It doesn't matter where you extract the zip — the installer copies everything to C:\ProgramData\AMCAgent on its own. The folder you extracted is only needed during setup and can be removed afterwards. To uninstall later, run uninstall.bat as administrator.
