Download the agent, run it as administrator, and enter your license key. That's it — your systems start reporting to BlueSky automatically, every hour.
Three simple steps. No Python, no technical knowledge needed.
Click Download above and save AMCAgent.exe anywhere — your Desktop or Downloads folder is fine. Nothing to extract, no folder to keep together.
Double-click AMCAgent.exe. Windows will ask for administrator permission — click Yes. (If Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen, click More info → Run anyway — this is normal for installers.) It installs itself automatically.
When it asks, type the license key BlueSky gave you and a name for this computer (e.g. "Reception PC"). Reinstalling after a format? Use the same license key as before. That's it — the agent is now running.
Where does it install? It doesn't matter where you saved the downloaded file — the agent copies itself to C:\ProgramData\AMCAgent and reports health automatically every hour in the background. A "Log Complaint – BlueSky" shortcut is added to the desktop. You can delete the downloaded file afterwards. To uninstall later, run any copy of AMCAgent.exe from an administrator Command Prompt with AMCAgent.exe --uninstall.
